Clinic Coordinator

Hayley is the Clinic Coordinator at KAST Aesthetics, responsible for keeping the day-to-day running smoothly and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their visit.

She brings a strong background in education, healthcare, and fitness—all in client-facing roles that have shaped her calm, organised, and approachable style. Hayley is detail-oriented and efficient, with a genuine interest in helping people feel their best—whether that’s through excellent service or a simple, friendly conversation.

Outside of work, she’s a mum to two teenage daughters and enjoys staying active, regularly taking on fitness challenges like HYROX.
