Dermatology Advanced Consultant Nurse

RGN, INP, MSc Advanced Practice

With over 17 years of experience in dermatology, Alison is a Nurse Consultant specialising in advanced dermatology practice. Her areas of clinical expertise include lesion detection, minor surgery, inflammatory skin disease and aesthetic medicine.

Alison is the Co-Chair of the British Dermatological Nursing Group (BDNG) Aesthetics Subgroup, where she actively contributes to the development of safe, evidence-based standards within aesthetic nursing.

In addition to her NHS & private clinical work, Alison has held the position of Honorary Lecturer on an Allied Health Professional programme at university level, supporting and inspiring the next generation of dermatology practitioners.
